The medieval old town of Feldkirch is considered to be the best preserved in Vorarlberg. At the foot of Schattenburg Castle, winding alleyways and arcades invite you to explore. Worth seeing are the Gothic St. Nicholas Cathedral with its renovated altarpieces by Wolf Huber, the painted town hall, the Johanniterkirche church, Marktgasse and the music conservatory.

The Feldkirch Wildlife Park offers a natural animal experience for families. Over 150 native animals live on around 10 hectares - including lynx, wolves, marmots, ibex and mouflons. Many are well camouflaged, which is why you sometimes need a second look. In addition, a forest nature trail with over 70 information boards invites visitors to make exciting discoveries about plants, animals and the cycle of nature.

More than 1,200 varieties of roses in the Italian Rose Garden, the Butterfly House, the Palm House and St. Mary's Palace Church make Mainau a year-round experience.
